Default 28 pt build. TWF Warforged suggestions.

I have been thinking about rolling a TWF WF, I have access to monk, but not a 32 point build unfortunately. I have seen some fancy multi-class builds with ranger, fighter,monk/rogue and such that appear to do real well, but lack the experience to go about building a good one. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Any of those mutt builds are pretty thin on 28pt's. It is possible, but will suffer a little.

IMO, start with either 12 fighter or 12 ranger, and then do whatever tickles you fancy.

I don't have the thread handy, but there is the Beotch Slapper I saw that I really liked.

    Rogue 1/Ftr 12/Monk 7

Rogue 1/Monk 2 or 3 / Ftr 12 / Monk 3 or 4 to 6 I think was the leveling order, but doing this off memory, so tweak it as you need too.

    Stats:
    Str 16 +5 from lvls Con 16 Dex 15 Int 12 Wis 6 Cha 6

Feats(7 + 3 monk + 7 ftr): Stunning blow, Power attack, TWF feats (3), IC: Blunt, Quickdraw, Weapon Focus Unarmed (required for Kensei), Dodge (pre-req for Ninja Spy), Sap, SF: UMD, Toughness for the rest (or whatever else you choose).

So what's cool about this build? Haste IV enhancement, Power surge via Kensei, Extremely speedy attacks + monk fun + clickies.

You can use stunning blow + warforged + ftr enhancement line to have ridiculous stunning blow/trips. The synergy with power surge is just gravy again, you can basically, disable 3 monsters (sap 1, trip 1, stunning blow 1), and with stunning blow + sneak attacks = pain to the one foe.

You have a lot of hp... You're not only a warforged, you have fighter toughness line and oodles of feats to spare on toughness, yes, its very newbie friendly when you have so much hp you fear very little and you have evasion.

You can even max out rogue skills (UMD, Search, Disable) assuming a +2 int tome at lvl 7, or close to it. Though you may want to use intimidate to be a hate tank, you might just want to let your fists do the talking rather than the skill as you'll like sneak attacking more anyway.

As a newer player, you may want to use fists of light for the first TR with a vicious handwrap or similar. Yes, you lose out on 3d6 sneak attack and need to shuffle some feats, but the healing is great for self sufficiency.

Finally, if you really enjoy this build, both the monk past life, and the fighter one is made of awesome for a TR and 32 pts and if you do it again, you actually have enough feats to make it work. Though I do enjoy the monk one for the increased unarmed size damage, the ftr one will get you a +4 hit which is again, great for the TR when you want to power attack everything away.

Half orc TR would be nice for this build too, but it was originally warforged due to not having half orc, and the power attack lines + extreme toughness = fun. Plus, docent of defiance is ridiculously nice on a monk warforged type.

    Just make an exploiter type?

Handy because you can still make the 2WF build without pumping 8 build points into dex

    18 ranger/ 1 rogue/ 1 monk

    16 str
    14 dex
    16 con
    10 int
    10 wis
    6 chr

skill points into UMD and whatever else you want!

Thanks a bunch, i'll give it a try. So I should avoid adamatine and mithril body? And Is there a certain order I should put the class levels in?

Really? 16 str on a twf build? I thought your dex was supposed to be more than your str.

The advantage of the exploiter is that they don't need the dex for the feats due to getting them from ranger levels.

Personally, unless you TR into a half-elf angel burst dps build I read, I don't see the main appeal of the 2 elemental resist/+2 ranged damage of the TR, nor the barkskin "feat".

Otherwise, I hope we were some help, regardless of what build you choose, have fun with it.
