Totally blacklisted bro :P
On another note : Shrouds can fail?
"Of course, I mean it's obviously the healer's fault when the frenzy barbs incap themselves on the portals right?"----Unless it's Pug then it's still the healers fault!!!!![]()
lol - ran my first Shroud about 2 weeks ago, and as a newbie I was given the "honor" of clicking the last portal and was told I had to hit the exact center or we'd all die. I was a little suspicious due to the snickering that leaked in over voice chat, but went along with it. Much laughter ensued after we rezzed. There were a couple other first-timers in the group who weren't sure what was going on - one of them sent me a /tell afterwards saying "wow - I thought you actually messed up there for a minute"
Here is the rules for raids:
1. If the quest fails, its the healers fault.
2. If its not the healers fault, see rule #1.
Now if you will excuse me, I need to go get my 25% fortification tank into an Epic.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

I'll respond to this, since I was there. The full story:
We do a lot of 'OMG get this over with' Shrouds, typically with solo healer. It is our habit to start part 4 before the entire party zones in.
This time, Naph and Jozza stepped in, and myself on my paladin. Jozza calls out, 'OK lets go!' Naph pulls the mobs and we start clearing trash. I see Naph's health start going down pretty fast almost immediately, but do not think much of it as naph lets himself drop pretty low and then heals. I haven't heard anything from him, and then I see him incap - I quick target and throw a LOH, but it is too late.... DING. GAH. At this point 2 more pugs have stepped in, and they're starting to freak out. We call the rest in quickly and try to get things going. The second cleric (who was extremely new, possibly first time run) heals us through the rest of the trash, but we were pretty low when we stepped in on Harry. The VERY first thing harry does when he drops is to toss a DBF. It sails over my head and, DING, the second cleric is blown up.
A huge number of the PUGs go down almost immediately. I hop out of melee and call for a DDoor... caster is held. It ended with my girlfriend on her monk, last person alive, running circles around Harry asking me, 'OMG what do I do???'
Naph had accidentally muted himself somewhere in there and we never heard any calls or anything. It wasn't until a few minutes later he found out he'd muted himself.
Good times.

Lol, you should have been there when I announced that I was going to use the Mad Lute as my weapon in the Shroud...
A couple of folks dropped right there, lol.
We made it just fine...
Then I pm'ed one to let him know how it went...
He was p-o'ed that I dared use such a weapon in the shroud...
My reply was this game is easy, what are you thinking?
His rant was that I was wasting his time being silly, wearing a bunny hat, and swinging my lute...
I can't help tweaking those who are just too serious...
Bwahaha...![]()
