Lost Party window

Managed to accidentally undock it, and since I was mostly playing solo and it was getting in the way, I managed to close it somehow. Now that I'm partying and actually want it, I can't seem to get it back. Opening a new window and naming it Party does not let me speak to the Party.

I can still receive Party messages in the original default window.

If I'm understanding correctly, you managed to undock then delete the Party tab of the chat window.

You've already figured out how to add a new tab to the chat window and you're still getting party chat in the General tab (probably green text).

What you want to do is to right-click the Party tab and set the Outgoing Text to Party (there can be only one outgoing text per tab) and set the Incoming Text to Party and whatever else you want (there can be multiples of incoming text).

If you don't want to play with that, you can always preface your comments with /p which will broadcast the message to the party. It'll end up looking like this:

/p My goodness, was that me?!

However, this can end up being a pain - especially if you text something to another channel by mistake.
