Plat option as end reward

It has been brought up before but thought it was worth it again.

In end reward lists from quests can we please be given an option to just take plat instead of items. I'm lazy and 99.9% of the time it will save me selling it straight after. I honestly don't care if it is the plat equivalent of selling the lowest valued item on the list to a bartender.

Won't be that helpful, you still have to sell all the junk you picked up in the quest. Be generous, take the guild renown.

People already have too much platinum. Added raw platinum into the economy like that would dillute the effectiveness of existing platinum sinks.

Introduce more platinum, and you have to find a way to take more of it away.

/not signed. Keep the rewards the way they are. If you are having trouble finding cash, go run Tangleroot some and peddle Small and Medium Eberron Dragonshard Fragments, Drowshoods, and Lightning-Split Soarwood like the rest of us lowbies.

I would go with that idea but with a condition.

The amount of plat offered as a reward is the general vendor sell price of the lowest valued item in the chest, and the value would be based on the sale price for a character with charisma at minimum(6 or 8) with 0 points in haggle.


If people are too lazy to sell 1 extra item at a vendor/broker/pawnshop there is no reason to actually reward their laziness.
