XP pot drank but NO effect given :(

OK so here's the problem: I ran a von5 yesterday evening, before we started the end fight we put our voices on, drank our xp pot, and started the fight...only to notice after the fight that it took the xp pot from my inventory but DID NOT give me the 20% for 6 hrs icon or the effect....I was standing absolutely still with nothing hitting me to interrupt me drinking it either...I put in a ticket that was apparently reviewed and closed by a GM without anyone speaking to me in game. So i brought up the ticket only to read that I need to submit an in game bug report, which i did as well...all i'm looking for is the xp pot to be credited back to me somehow, via mail or w/e...I am hoping to have this issue resolved asap, tyvm for your time.

You will have to contact account support for a refund, which may take a few days. I think you can call them too.

Likely what happened is that you had someone else targetted, and they received your xp pot. You need to either target yourself, or have noone targeted to gain it. Since you were in a raid, it wouldn't be hard to be targeting someone else, especially if you were on a caster or healer that was buffing everyone up right before using the exp pot.

Tyvm for your response and ideas as to what may have happened...i do play a cleric but am 100% positive i didn't have anyone targeted, and i have soft targeting disabled as well...they way it happened was we buffed, then said put on voices, and drink pots if you're going to. i had already buffed, had my voice on, and had shrined before coming back to the end fight room. After entering the room i drank my xp pot, then talked to the guy to start the fight...i also checked the combat log after all this happened to see that it didn't give me or anyone else the effect...basically the game ate my xp pot, with no one receiving the 20%-6hr effect....very disheartening thats for sure, especially since this is my clerics 3rd life and last TR...i could care less about the xp i would have gotten, i just want my pot back lol.

Did you double-click the pot from your inventory, or use it from your hotbar?

I used it from my hot bar and this has never happened before with any xp pot i've drank.
