Local Rogue needs help

I shall not put his name to Ink as I feel calling someone out by name is not always the way to go

Someone who's name I will not waste the Ink to write..this person does have a rogue but unfortunately has no thieves tools..this rogue had to buy store +1 tools to use in a quest..

The shame of it....

To help this unfortunate Rogue please send him thieves tools...+1-5 even masterwork will do
I would hate for this person to ever run out again
