The one and only thing that ever consistently worked properly, the quest log, has stopped updating since the Sunday crash.

Well, it is obvious that this isn't a priority for Turbine as they have not responded in any way to the comments in this thread. Since it isn't essential for fun game play I will just stop using the "My DDO" feature... If they don't care about it enough to do something then why should I...

I still use it for the Lotteries... which, even though the characters don't "update" per se, they're still eligible for most of them. However, it would be NICE if they were updated too, and show changes to toons that have been rerolled, my mains are still good for the lotteries (most of them, anyways).

(since I cant seem to file a bug to myddo, posting here)

pre u8 timeframe, all 10 toons on same account were not updating on myddo. Of note, some were inactive as expected.

since around last major update, all active toons are updated on myddo and continue to be so. However, I cannot link game account to myddo/forum login. i.e. none of the toons have an account linked to them.

I use the u8 release as a milestone, but I believe things started working around the last time Tolero mentioned a myddo fix.

Hmm...well, something happened to one of my characters. Egobrain, one of my newer toons (3-4 months old), is showing up as updated today. The rest of my characters are still mothballed, though, including one I rolled just a couple weeks ago that's saying I haven't logged in recently.

All of my characters on Khyber are not updating, Aerti and Kathreina. They have never shown I have played them

The only character that I even still have since before the problems, Oldiscool of Cannith, hasn't updated since 10/27/2010 7:19 am

He was never TR'd nor did I ever delete and recreate him. He was LR'd at some point.

I've got four other characters on the same server and none of them have any data on their character sheet pages - but of course the quest log is updating.

There is also a character named Oldsblast still listed that doesn't exist any longer. That's a little odd because all of the others that used to be listed that I've deleted are no longer in the system.

At one point (early on in this whole mess) Oldiscool did update one time but never has since then.

MyDDO is now completely broken and absolutely useless.
None of my chars has been updating since the end of august last year (or showing up on MyDDO at all for those rolled after that date).
The only thing that was working was the quest-log. But even the last working part of MyDDO is now broken and not updating since the server-crash on 01-30-2011.

I don't think we will see any update concerning this matter any time soon. Last dev-post in this thread was nearly 2 months ago (12-08-2010).

Time to say goodbye to MyDDO...

Uh, I don't know what you guys did, but all my characters are now up-to-date, as well as the Ghallanda guild rankings.

Ghallanda appears to be the exception.

Although none of my characters (on Khyber) had updated since August 2010,
the Quest Log was still updating showing quest completions, but then that also
stopped a week or so ago.

My main (Oldiscool) is now updated but oddly, my sig doesn't show the updates...

Also, my new guys have pages now (yay!), but there still seem to be remnants of MayaRose and Oldsblast who no longer exist.

Something apparently has happened.

Vrykyl Unknown Race () - Argonnessen

No clue when it was last updated for the simple fact that ever since the creation of MyDDO I have never been able to pull up this character. Nothing but HTTP 404 errors since day one.

My myddo is updated as of Feb. 8, first time since August. Thanks alot Tolero and whoever else has been working on this problem - I've really missed playing the lotteries. Deleted characters are still there but at least the new ones are added and everyone's level ic correct. Thanks again!

Only old established characters are eligible for lotteries. I created a half elf immediately after they were added and that character isn't eligible...

No character-updates, no quest-log, and no lotteries for half of my chars... :-(

all toons are now up to date (new ones showing, levels,ranks and equipment ok).
guild level is ok - guild roster is not up to date yet.

Looks like myddo is working again, and this time for ALL of my characters. (Prior to the Jan 30th outage, only 3 of my 4 characters had been updating.)

All characters updated last night!
Signature block is now current.
Adventure log is now up to date.

The only remaining bug is the oldest one: My main character, Rodrich on Khyber,
was deleted and re-created. When I click on the link of his name it says the character was archived.
If I pull him up in MyDDOLite, it still shows his 4th level self and 4th level gear from the previous incarnation.

Otherwise, all non-recreated characters are showing current gear.

There was no Lottery up for today, so I don't yet know if that list is also updated,
but this is very, very encouraging.
