Looking For More Information: MyDDO Character Updates

no character on wayfinder is updating. niether are the guild leader boards. fix please. pretty please. realy pretty pretty please.

My character Bakwa in Cannith is still considered archived. I am guessing because after TRing I also lesser reincarnated to fix a few things. When looking up the character it shows two different Bakwas on Cannith. Both show up as archived. I have missed out on a lot of great lotteries and quite a few pugs because of this. I have even been told a couple times they do not accept archived characters into their groups. Any idea on when that patch will be ready or any kind of trick we could individually pull to kick in the updating? Thanks for any kind of formal reply.

oh, duh. since we are reporting more issues than just characters not updating, i have several that i have deleted that still show up.

all of the following no longer exist:

and of course, as i said a few posts ago, http://my.ddo.com/character/orien/pointless/ is not currently updating, altho all my other active characters seem to be updating properly

all the problems i previously reported are still in effect. in addition, Tenandahalf (after not existing at all for 2 months) is now a 7th level artificer.

On Cannith:

My character Oldsblast hasn't existed for more than a year yet is always able to be entered into lotteries.

Also, there are two Oldi's listed. I have made and recreated him twice in the past month or two so perhaps this is normal but I thought I would mention it in case.

i created a new toon after deleting a storage mule and now i CAN NOT enter any lotteries, the in game browser crashes when i try and open it (logs me out and wont let me log in) and the website tells me no lotteries available. i also have a F2P account with two toons on it, but one of those toons is showing up on MY VIP account.

I deleted "Skullystar" a while ago, and created a new character with same name "Skullystar" in same server, Cannith.
When I search 'skullystar' in DDO website, there're two "skullystar in Cannith" shows up, and both page shows my old-deleted skullystar's information. Please update this, thanks.

Log seems to be fine though. One TR, a couple of LR's and one to go if that makes any difference.

One of the biggest issues I see is the host! Wordpress. I use them for several things, and have varying degrees of success with them.
I'd tell them to get it right, or Turbine should find another avenue for this content.

My other toons don't have any issues with their profiles.

I have a lot of characters I've deleted that still show up on my list, as well as a few toons that were transferred from one server to another, show on both servers, and toons that had name changes, and show both the old and new names... :-s Very frustrating, even if it is in beta...

I gotta say, I'm not a big fan of Wordpress. The profile, account options, everything is so far from user-friendly, unless you're extremely technically inclined, it seems. Heck, would it be difficult to add an option where players could manually go in and edit their character lists, to delete characters that are no longer valid ourselves? Add a button for each character to update it manually? Just seems like simple ideas I've seen on simple sites before... I'm asking though because I don't know if it's actually difficult to do those sorts of things, lol! I'm not really technically inclined myself! :P
