Looking For More Information: MyDDO Character Updates

ok i'm just going to say it:
my guilds player roster IS WAY OFF from being up to date.
my guilds quest log can't not be accessted at all (just sends you back to the guilds home page on ddo)
can't see or change player roll settings (authers & users)

if no, why- account became inactive and haven't been able to change player accessablity settings.

the MY DDO for my monk saids its still level 15 when its curently level 20

All of my characters on all servers are updating fine.

The one exception shows in MyDDO as being archived, and has since I created him.

started updating until a couple days ago..

it currently shows him at lvl 7, he is now lvl 9.

since he TR'd last weekend he has not LR'd or name changed.

the Character log is updating properly. It shows the Feat I took at lvl 9 (imp crit slashing)

My guild (The Helpers Guild, world Khyber, leader Sisster) is having a similar issue: pretty much every entry in myDDO is very outdated. Guild log and Guild roster are empty, as well as Guild profile, and so on.

I've still got Lindsay on Thelanis that has level, class and race issues.

In my character list, she appears as she does today (12Ftr/8Brb), but on her own page (http://my.ddo.com/character/thelanis/lindsay/) she shows as 9Ftr/2Rgr.

She also shows up on my list of characters that can be visible twice:



She was rerolled from the mule in the top picture when Half-Orcs were released and has been in this 'broken' state since then.

As a side note, since she appears twice, what happens to her lottery winnings when the system tries to mail them to her? Do they go to the 'Real' Lindsay, or the defunct one? So far, receiving mail hasn't been an issue, but who knows..

Oldsblast (Cannith) is still listed even after all this time has past. He's been entering and winning lotteries when they're working.

(The joke here is that he hasn't existed in about 6 months).

On Khyber server, I made this character (Elf Wizard) on 6/17/2010 and deleted on 6/25/2011 (lv6 Elf Wizard), and made a Drow Wizard moment later that day, meaning I've deleted the character and made a new one by the same name.
Starting from that point, myddo status stopped updating

Is this thread still being monitored and acted upon by a Dev? It is after all over 3 months old.

There was a previous thread somewhere about this where we were asked to provide this info and nothing seemed to come of it.

For me, I have only one alt that does not show properly in MyDDO.com and his name is Xeak the Dirty on Argonessen. Previously when I would check on him in MyDDO, it would give me the usuall choices with that name and which servers. It showed Xeak of Argo twice. It wouldn't matter which one I clicked as they both had the same info: Xeak Ard Rhi which is not nor has it ever been my alt. I never had an alt Named Xeak Ard Rhi and the stats/info it showed were not of my Xeak.

After reading this post today, I decided to check again. When I type in Xeak I still am shown two Xeak of Argonessen and both show the same thing: This character has been archived. To see this character's data, please log in with the character.

So now I no longer see my alt or someone elses alt but a notice that an alt (that was never mine) has been archived and cannot be displayed....***?!

For the record, I never created Xeak and then deleted him. I never TR'd, GR'd, LR'd, etc, never made him, deleted him and remade him, never transfered him from another server, etc... or anything like that at all.

MyDDO simply never ever during my alts life showed his correct info. But technically it DID update as it went from showing someone else to showing that he has been archived......

Boy I hope this thread is still read and acted upon by Devs.

My character Shortpop has stopped updating again, this has happened many times and has been fixed many times, he was only tr'd once and i think this time it stopped updating the 3rd of march, thanks in advance.

My main character constantly shows up as "archived". Furthermore, searching for his name gives me two versions of him on Thelanis, both archived. Since I'm a fairly recent player, I suspect someone played a character with the same name before and deleted him, leaving me to deal with the aftermath.

Equipment on my Monk has suddendly stopped updating again. I recently changed her right ring (she now wears 2 ToD rings) but my DDO still shows one I no longer wear. The same goes for the handwraps.

My chars update but sometimes it takes 2 days for update( even when i log every day) and my guildpage show people that have never been on my guild, also my quest list when i hover on it it keep saying "item not found"
