Warforged Construct Thinking Stacking

How does the Warforged Construct Thinking enhancement stack with other Will-based bonuses? I added both Warforged Construct Thinking I and Warforged Hardiness I to my toon. Hardiness did exactly what I thought it would do - add a +1 Feat Bonus save to my fortitude score. Adding Construct Thinking did not add any Feat Bonus like I would expect:

Fortitude Save = 18
(9 Base, 6 Constitution Mod, 1 Feat Bonus, 2 Enchanted Bonus)
Will Save = 15
(9 Base, 4 Wisdom Mod, 2 Enchanted Bonus)

The +2 Enchanted Bonus comes from a +1 resistance item and a +1 luck item

WF construct thinking adds +1 save against Will-based enchantments.

So, while hardiness is a flat +1 bonus to your save this enhancement is less: it provides +1 will save ONLY if you have to save against an enchantment.

Which is quite funny as you are mostly immune to stuff from there (or there's not even a saving throw). I wouldn't pick it up if I were you.
