Use of Epic Unkor's Cleaver

Has anyone found a use for this beyond a really nice vorpal weapon?

The limbchopper seems fun, but only proc's on a confirmed 20 (same as the vorpal effect) ... so it would seem to me anything that gets a limb chopped off will also promptly die.

Does limbchopper work on red named enemies (doubt it, but it would be cool)?

Does limbchopper work on epic mobs?

I can see alot of uses if epic ward and boss immunities don't apply to the limbchopper effect ... my guess is that they do, or this item would be highly sought after.

It works on Epic mobs

It doesn't work on Red names or Raid bosses.

There's a fair easier-to-aquire item coming in U8 that has this effect, but it's a nice weapon overall.

But since running Chains paractically requires a static group, that would include a CC caster. Nearly every Epic group contains a lot of CC so this effect is nullified a bit.
