    Default guild tag in lfm

    heya,

im tired of who-ing the leader or some members of a lfm. can't be that hard to put the guild tags into the mouseover effect

a lfm leader gets to see the guild of the applicants. why can't the applicants have a similar option.

would make lots of players gaming experience a lot more cheerful as you maybe would not join certain groups because you know theyre noob or elitist (whatever is a nogo for you)...

And the odd thing is that this feature would almost not increase the chance of me joining an lfm - the names of the better players are known and guilds who open guild raids to the public mention their name anyway in the lfm. (In my case, the list of things which make me want to join the group includes PK, OR, HB or Intel Req.)

If you are afraid to group with people you don't know then don't group with people you don't know. The guild name will not tell you what kind of player the leader is, nor what kind of pug it will be. The suggestion is based on prejudice.

its more for not joining certain groups. i'm not afraid of grouping. i just want fast completions without the need to run each raid myself. that might sound selfish but the 20th completion grinds to have a chance on the item you'd like to have and the limited gametime make it necessary for me.

anyway, it would not hurt anybody and would save the typing of some names to the who panel. pure selfishness.

    I like this idea.

Although I personally dont like blacklisting a whole guild, more just the individual players, I do see how this would come in handy. And it would not be difficult to implement either.
