This is my level 20 FVS with Ranger, Paladin and FVS past lives. He is a helf dual weapon user with Rogue dilettante for sneak attack bonus to damage. He's not a wisdom based build. Sorry, I wasn't convinced that a Wisdom based FVS is really worth it after I did it during my second life (most high end content everything makes it save anyway so I don't believe spending that many ability points on Wisdom is worth it). He will use BB for taking care of large groups of enemies but deals good melee damage with tier 3 GS weapons which I crafted during past lives. Has all the metas necessary for providing extended buffs and excellent heals. Uses torc, conc opp items, vile blasphemy and bauble to regen mana.
