I'm still fairly new to DDO and would like to ask advice on the best way to build a Dwarf Fighter that I would like to use an AC/Intimi-Tank.
Thanks in advance for all helpful advice.

Still here.... Deal with it.
I don't have an attitude problem, you just can't stand that I'm adorable.
The answer is don't.
AC/intimitanks are advanced builds that you should only attempt after you havhee been playing the game for quite a while.
Instead make a DPS build to get the hang of the game. My favourite resource for good builds that are new player friendly is here: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=232660
There is a stalwart defender build there that is what you are looking for but i thoroughly encourage you to avoid it until you have a hang of the game.
This will be my sixth major build. I have a rogue lvl 20 assasin, monk moving into lvl 18, ranger also moving into lvl 18, a wizard who is lvl 16, a barbarian at lvl 11. I'm more or less familiar with most of dungeon and raid runs. I'm experimenting with different builds at this point to see what I enjoy doing.

You have an interesting idea of being "fairly new."
THF or TWF? Pure ftr or multiclassed? If MCed, what do you want to add (e.g., rogue for UMD & Evasion, paladin for saves boost, etc.)? Do have any gear or tomes already you can use for this build?
I've only been playing since June of this year. So I do believe that is relatively new.
Shield and weapon when tanking, but possibly THW in low level and soloing. Pure fighter and I do have some +1 tomes of varoius types. Not much in the way of gear as yet because, to be honest, I'm not sure what to look for.

my advice would be go for it.
a dwarven stalwart defender can have very good AC as well as being able to hit high intimidate numbers.
I would recommend looking at my build

and making a few modifications.
my build is a double tr so you wont have access to all the build points and past life goodness that I do.
a few points of advice
1. As a dwarf you can get a higher dex bonus on your armors than I can. make sure you do not dump dexterity. You should aim for around 26 dex at end game. so maybe start with 16, +2 tome, +6 item just means you need to find 2 more somewhere. though starting with as little as 14 may be enough.
2. I would recommend going TWF with dwarven axes. slightly lower DPS than a khopesh but they don't cost you a feat. and even though fighters get lots of feats you will need every one you can scrounge for an intimitank build.
3. As a dwarf you cannot take the least dragonmark of the sentinel. so you will have lower intim. but with other gear you will be ok .
4. be prepared to grind out epic gloves of the claw or epic brawn spirits.
5. learn to love the titan raid. you will need the chattering ring and possibly the 7 fingered gloves.

I was recently trying to work out a dwarf tank build similar to what you are looking at with the restriction of being TWF as i have some very nice crafted dwarf axes which will see me happily from creation to greensteel.
My conclusion in the end was that there isn't enough feats to maximise DPS, have CC (Improved Trip, Sap, Stunning Blow) and cover the necessary tanking feats.
The solution, imo, is probably to go THF instead, especially as you can use the THF feats when sword and board with a dwarf axe.
true feats are tight on a tank ... so rather than grab the CC feats i crafted a couple earth3 khopeshes . the earth grab proc helps a ton in epics

Here's a slightly modified version of one of my builds. It isn't a pure fighter; it takes a paladin splash for the boost to saves, +1 CHA enh, & use of paladin wands (Cure, energy resist, etc.) for added survivability and self-sufficiency at the expense of endgame DPS. Pure fighter would look much the same, though, I think. I've set the Armor Mastery enhs so it'll have MDB 7 (DEX 24) in full plate + mithril tower shield (base 1 + 2 SD III + 2 dwarf enh + 2 ftr enh). [If you craft armor w/Greater Nimbleness (+2 MDB), you can either drop a cpl of armor mastery enhs or tweak them to raise your MDB higher - depends on your final DEX, naturally.]
Anyway, probably needs some work, but a reasonable starting point, I think.
