    Default TR Warchanter need help!

Im going to tr my wizzy soon and i thought of making a warchanter twf with khoepesh or thf with greataxes(if i go dwarf but im not sure if its worth dumping cha for more dps).I think of 16bard/2fighter/2rogue Maxing out umd perform diplomacy and maybe trap skills.
Starting stats would look like this : 32-Points
    Str : 16
    Dex : 15 taking a +2 tome for twf
    Con: 15
    int: 8
    Wis:8
    Cha:14
are the stats ok? do have any other advice ? plz help me im pretty new to bards

higher would be nice though maybe decrease str by 1 and con then but in int then get a +2 tome for int that would be good

Since you are TRig you receive 34 build points. On a warchanter savely drop CHA to 8, you won't be needing it. Get a +2 Tome and a +6 Item and you have enough base charisma to cast spells.

    2WF Warforged or Dwarf:
    STR: 17
    DEX: 15 (+2 Tome for 2WF)
    CON: 16
    INT: 13 (Get +1 Tome at 3)
    WIS: 6 or 8
    CHA: 8

After level 3 you will have 8 skill points on bard levels:

    1 UMD
    1 Perform
    1 Haggle
    1 Concentration
    2 Search
    2 DD

On the second rogue level you can put some more points into OL, but you should be fine with just a few ranks into it (say 8 or so).

    2HF Warforged or Dwarf:
    STR: 18
    DEX: 12
    CON: 16
    INT: 14
    WIS: 6 or 8
    CHA: 8

For level progression you should look at the Axesinger bard. But basically:

    Warforged, 34 pointer
    STR: 17 +5 Level +1 Fighter +6 Item +2 Rage +3 Exceptional = 34
    DEX: 15 +2 Tome + 1 Rogue +6 Item = 24
    CON: 16 +2 WF +2 Tome +6 Item +2 Rage = 28
    INT: 13 +1 Tome = 14
    WIS: 6
    CHA: 8 +2 Tome +6 Item = 16

    1: Rogue: 2WF
    2: Bard
    3: Fighter: Khopesh, WF: Slash
    4: Bard
    5: Bard
    6: Bard: PA
    7: Bard
    8: Bard << Warchanter I here
9: Bard: Extend << Haste, Displacement here
    10: Rogue
    11: Fighter: I2WF
    12: Bard: IC: Slash
    13: Bard
    14: Bard
    15: Bard: G2WF
    16: Bard
    17: Bard
    18: Bard: O2WF
    19: Bard
    20: Bard

I didn't check against the planner if you have the required bab for the feats at the given level but it should be correct.

Taking the first rogue at first level is essential as it gives tons of skill points. Second rogue level later gives another skill point boost to up some neglected skills. On the fighter levels just put points into UMD at least to have it maxxed.
