More Info needed re: store, products & points

Is there somewhere I can get additional information.

For instance: if I buy 2500 points, is that only usable per account, per character, or the points be divided among several accounts?

If I buy the big collectibles bag, is that bound to character or account or server? If I feel like auctioning it later, can I? Can I send it interchangeably with other characters on the same server? (so if I want to play a different character but use that bag, can I?)

PS: Turbine: I do find this lack of information (or a reasonable way of ascertaining this information) is extremely frustrating. All of these issues could be addressed at either the store siite or in these forums, so I do not think this is an unreasonable request.

Points are per account, can be spent on any server, character etc...Generally, the description of the item in the store will indicate it's bound properties. The "huge" collectibles bag is BTC so no, you can't use it on other characters nor can you post it on the AH.
