The coin lord favor is for inventory space, you need the collapsed hole, about 10k plat and 150 coin lords favor.
Once you have all that talk to the coin lords patron and then go to the guy in the harbor to redeem it.
You can look how much you have in the patrons tab of your adventure compendium.
