Vanishing TP's...

Last night I distinctly remember having over 1200 TP's leftover from my 5k EU points. This evening I look again to see if there are any interesting deals about and I have 594 with my last purchase on the history being a 1436 discounted gtr +1 heart on the 23rd November.

Anyone "Turbiney" able to work out where the other TP's went please or has anyone else's TP's drained away?

Yeah got all the e-mails in the history which are correct but nothing from around 680-700 points which is what's missing.

OP, we've been asking for a way to keep track of TPs. A monthly statement would be nice.

Since your location is WB HQ, maybe you could nudge someone?

Well, did this the same day with a 1-3 days (not business days) response time but haven't heard a peep yet.

I have had the same fault that all my left over points vanished on one of my accounts. again have filled in a report and awaiting a response. Guess it be wednesday or Thursday before I hear anything as only found them missing late friday night.

My report was sent on the 2nd which is now 5 days, although the description states 1-3 days (not business days) which is long past.

In summary, due to an error, the points from the european transition are gone after 30 days. We will get them back, but nodody knows when. Could be today or after the sale.

Thanks for that, I wasn't aware of the thread but I'm not sure how that applies here. My 2nd US account that was created to receive my 2nd EU account received the smallest TP purchase of 400 points to make it premium and then the 5000 TP's from transferring making 5400.

I then made 7 purchases of discounted character slots at 297 TP (although they show on my history as 298) which at most totals 1386. Now however I have 570 TP's so that's more than the allegedly vanishing EU points would allow and the 400 I bought seem to disprove that too.

All this was in the report though.

Ahhhh.....

Ok never mind, after more reading it looks like the TP thing is variable as to what amount vanishes.

In that case I'll wait to see what happens automatically.
