    Default Once Again

    Well here we are time to renew, and of course, Turbine still won't take my credit card, even though I have verified the billing information multiple times with different people at Capital One. So I use a game card again....

    I get the email saying my vip status is renewed and so forth.

    And no go. I am still premium. Turbine what is the issue? This seems to be an ongoing issue, and a frustrating one at that.

    I can provide some general information. Here are some things that can cause this sort of issue:

    Please be sure that you've upgraded the same account/subscription that you play on.
    Please check with your card company to be sure the payment was actually processed and not declined.
