Well here we are time to renew, and of course, Turbine still won't take my credit card, even though I have verified the billing information multiple times with different people at Capital One. So I use a game card again....
I get the email saying my vip status is renewed and so forth.
And no go. I am still premium. Turbine what is the issue? This seems to be an ongoing issue, and a frustrating one at that.
