My final gear layout -- Need help deciding on armor

Head: 45HP Earthgrab 6 Con Skills
Neck: Shintao Cord
Goggles: Tharnes Goggles
Trinket: Bloodstone
Armor: **See Below**
Bracers: Epic Bracers of the Claw
Gloves: Epic Gloves of the Claw
Cloak: Epic Envenomed Cloak w/ Toughness in socket
Belt: Knost's Belt
Boots: Madstone Boots
Ring 1: Kyosho's Ring w/ Holy Burst
Ring 2: Encrusted Ring w/ Shocking Burst

Armor: I'm debating on 2 options. I'm lacking the 6 CHA item I need in this setup for my dances in epics and that extra +3 to DC helps a ton. So I need CHA somehow..here's what I came up with:
Epic Blademark Docent w/ +2 Luck and +6 CHA slotted -- This gives me Lifeshield which functions like stacking DR, as well as my +6 CHA. +2 saves is nice from the luck too.
vs.
Dragontouched Route:
10% Heal Amp / 6 CHA / Freezing Ice Guard -- I would use this while in epics.
10% Heal Amp / 20% Heal Amp / Disintigration Guard -- I would use this while in raids.

I would only suggest a couple of changes:

Ravager set would add more dps and you can slot Gfl on your dt armor.
