    Default Problem With Mobile Me !

    Hello.
    I recently decided to spend a few money in DDO.
    I choosed to pay with my cellular (using Mobile Me).
    My first try gave me no problems and I recieved my 200 TP.
    One week later I try it again and it doesn't work.
    I sent my sms but revieved no answer, no code.
    So I sent a second sms and nothing happened again.
    But I payed 2 times 3€.
    So I was wondering If I could get my 400 lost turbine point.
    I don't want to cheat, don't think I want to think I didn't paid.(I can send you my phone number if you want to check)
    I truly lost 6€ and just want my money back (or my TP of course
    I sent a message to the account management team but got no answer in a week.
    Hopping you could help me.

    I'd also recommend checking with your phone company that the payment really was processed.

    Email turn around for Account Management is within a week right now, so if you haven't heard back yet, you should hear soon.
