The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

When I start to feel burned out I switch to non-mmo's.
Currently my two favorites are
1. Mount and Blade: Warband (RTS/RPG/ACTION)
2. Torchlight: Like Diablo 2
Got both on sale on steam for $15
At some point you do have to 'change the cartridge'
I enjoy WoW dungeons. They are fun, and actually, tanking I find more fun in WoW compared to DDO
However, the regular questing gets monotonous, and is a quick bore to me. Although I've heard they've remade their noob lands, so I may have to check it out.
Sure no mmo plays like DDO, but DDO's UI can't compare to WoW's UI flexibility. No MMO has it all, and playability is a lot in an mmo.
That being said, DDO has a much more inviting player base, and you can actually post in their forums. If you enjoy posting in forums and civilized chatting, don't go to WoW's forums.
Alright... who negged me for being snarky to him? =P

I believe in mind over matter. If I don't mind, it doesn't matter.
Sarlona! Yep, back again.
