This may be true but the character creation process is a LOT of fun.. ;-)

Oh, they kinda ripped off the True Reincarnation idea from Turbine. In that game, if you die you come back as different things based on your good/neutral/evil alignment. It depends on which religion you choose, though.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

When I start to feel burned out I switch to non-mmo's.

    Currently my two favorites are
    1. Mount and Blade: Warband (RTS/RPG/ACTION)
    2. Torchlight: Like Diablo 2

Got both on sale on steam for $15

    3) Shroud
    4) Hox and VoD
    5) ToD

So after completing all of them, I have to wait 66 hours. I do not want to do any other quests as of now. So in the meantime I wait for the timer, please suggest me a good MMORPG to play.

    thnx

    Create a second character...

If that doesn't interest you, I'd play a different genre of computer game... Try a real-time strategy game like Starcraft II, or a first person shooter like Left for Dead II or Mafia II.

Or slower-paced, Civilization V just came out.

It is like going to a museum and bragging about how fast you made it through. Or bragging about how fast you finished a good steak.

At some point you do have to 'change the cartridge'

I enjoy WoW dungeons. They are fun, and actually, tanking I find more fun in WoW compared to DDO

However, the regular questing gets monotonous, and is a quick bore to me. Although I've heard they've remade their noob lands, so I may have to check it out.

Sure no mmo plays like DDO, but DDO's UI can't compare to WoW's UI flexibility. No MMO has it all, and playability is a lot in an mmo.

That being said, DDO has a much more inviting player base, and you can actually post in their forums. If you enjoy posting in forums and civilized chatting, don't go to WoW's forums.

I tried some of the other F2P MMO's for a minute: LOTRO and EQIIX - they just didn't hold my interest long

    /shrugs

    could just be me though
