    5) ToD

    1. SoS is not a raid and doesn't have a timer

    2. Some people suggested epics, but those packs you have don't have epic quests (yet)

    3. I haven't played other MMOs, so i can't really suggest anything. I would suggest something like that:

    But i would rather say: Maximize your total favor. You earn Turbine Points this way (so you can buy more packs) and can unlock things like 32 pt. builds (1750 total favor) and Favored Soul (2500 total favor?)

    This also sounds like a good idea to me:

    If i haven't responded to your post, it doesn't necessarily mean that i don't have counter-arguments, it might simply mean that i don't want to keep feeding the trolls.

    Lets see, what do I do when I am not playing DDO:

    Read Eberron books.
    Read computer magazines
    Play Civ IV
    Poke at some of my free browser games (facebook and Ikariam)
    I just bought a new Wii, but I could never get into console games....

    ...

    Oh! and sometimes I do my workouts for the Army and pay attention to my Wife.

    Really if you think you do good damage or have mastered the game with only one class under your belt.

    Here is your clue.

    /noobs .... really.
    How dare you call me a Noob????

    1) I said I do good damage - with my Tier II GS Greataxe. Not exceptional like eSoS or Antique Great Axe. I know that. I will get it over time. But I have knowledge that these weapons exist. So I am NOT a noob.

    2) If you see "I think I have mastered the game" in my OP please stop playing as your eye-sight is totally messed up.

    3) Yes I have only one class under my belt. But that does not mean having multiple classes means you are a master and I am a one-trick pony. I have seen the posts of many people who have openly said in forums they all play multiple alts but never crossed level 14 in their last 4 years of playing. So are they semi-noobs according to you????

    I only asked a suggestion from you guys to fill up those 66 hours between raids. I did not say waiting 66 hours is bad. I did not say Turbine should bring it down/abandon it. There are epics yes, but I do not want to enter with the current gear I am having and spoil someone's fun if I was the cause of a failure.

    Lorz, if you do not have anything to contribute, please do not post anything.

    Thnx for everyone who have given me some suggestions.

    Thnx

    Anyway, I'll just list any online game that I found remotely interesting (f2p)

    Alteil (anime card game)
    League of legends (dota clone)
    DDO (lol wait)
    Fantasy Earth Zero (war game)
    Lotro

    Non-f2p but only 1 payment: Guild wars (get that box with all the expansions)

    ddo is the first mmo i play, since i have tried many other ones, and cant find better
    even incoming mmos, while sounding great before release, ever fail to me cuz of game mechanisms generally too simplistic and cuz character creation & personalization is not deep enough

    No kidding, roll up another type of character. It indeed feels like a complete other game.

    Playstyle types are:
    * heavy melee (Barb, Fighter, Paladin, Ranger)
    * light melee (Rogue)
    * melee support (Warchanter)
    * spell support (Spellsinger)
    * arcane caster (Wizard, Sorcerer)
    * healer-caster (Cleric, FvS)
    * healer-melee (Cleric, FvS)
    * ranged (AA-Ranger, AA-Bard, AA-...)

    Wherein the biggest differences are between melee, arcane caster, and healer-types.

    P.S.
    The raids are neither as challenging, nor do they drop as good as loot as the Epic Dungeons. So if you really want to experience DDO´s "endgame", its Epic Quests, not so much raiding.

    The mere fact that he is asking for advice, and thus admitting that he doesnt already know everything about DDO from running market quests, disqualifies him from being a "Noob".

    His questioning about gameplay makes him a "Newbie".

    I just don't have enough rep to Neg rep him myself.

    - lowman, solo stuff. Things are much different if you are not in full, perfect party. More challanging.
    - perfect your favor with different factions
    - True Reincarnate. You keep all loot, but start from lvl 1 with bigger char.
    - do Perma Death or something like that

    It's the same with any MMO. All have limited 'default' content. To get more, you create your own content.

    I'm alt-o-holic and multiclass-o-holic that likes to solo, lowman quests. I also like to collect Bloodstones. Don't need them, just like to collect
    More things to do... Go back and run all the quests you have skipped to elite level, even if you get no XP, and unlock Favored Soul, Veteran Status, 32pt character builds, and get a +2 tome.

    35 posts in and not a single "Congratulations! You won the game! Can I have your stuff?" reply?

    What is wrong with you people?!?

    As a (slightly) more serious reply, I'll echo those who have suggested creating and playing alts. I assure you that running the same quest as a Barb and then as a Rogue or as a Sorceror makes for an entirely new experience. Having around 20 alts proved that to me.

    If you don't want to roll up an alt (and it sounds like that's pretty much out of the question), I agree with MrCow. I almost forgot what it was like back in the day of actually being able to pause the game. GOG.com (good old games) has a lot of older RPG's that are fun to play and are relatively cheap, around $5-$10 a game.

    If you were looking for something DDO like, sorry but you're SOL there. This is a one-of-a-kind-game that you just can't replicate, at least not with any of the other big name MMO's I've tried.

    And yes, I will beat the dead horse just a little more. I ran only clerics for almost 3 years. After collecting some heavy picks for a guildie who winded up not needing them, I rolled up a Barb and it was like playing an entirely new game all over again.
    There is no lag. Just because you had none before and can't play now doesn't mean the server move had anything to do with it.

    Night 1:TOD
    SOS flagging
    Reavers Fate
    TOD

    Night 2:
    SOS does not have a timer, you just have to reflag, and you can run the flagging quests as many times as you want, which means you can run SOS as many as you can flag for it.
    VOD
    HOX

    Night 3
    Shroud ddoor at end as many times as you want and complete once( you will ransack the chests after 7 runs

    Night 4SOS flagging
    Reavers Fate
    TOD

    Night 5
    SOS does not have a timer, you just have to reflag, and you can run the flagging quests as many times as you want, which means you can run SOS as many as you can flag for it.
    VOD
    HOX

    Night 6
    Shroud ddoor at end as many times as you want and complete once( you will ransack the chests after 7 runs

    Night 7SOS does not have a timer, you just have to reflag, and you can run the flagging quests as many times as you want, which means you can run SOS as many as you can flag for it.
    SOS flagging

    Alternatively you can take one night off and do something else. You could also throw in shroud pre quest farming for stones to make the gear that will come eventually.

    My other suggestion would be to nivest in one of the 2 other raids that make up epic questing VON or Demon Queen
