I have already send email to purchase the 6900 points (this is the 6th time that I did it this way because of some regional problem) and have filed a followup using the account management form twice and once in the in-game form and I still haven't received a reply up to now.

I understand that you sometimes get backed up because of the number of requests but the sale on the adventure packs is almost over and i really need those points.
