Default How do you submit support tickets?

I need to know, it was always in the help section before, but now that Im in the middle of a LR, and it took away my 'one class change' and I'm stuck now, unable to continue. I'm afraid if I finish it I will be worse off than before(IE will have to LR MORE times(which im sure turbine would love) and I AM NOT WILLING TO SPEND ANY MROE CASH on this. IE if I don't somehow manage to contact help, SOME WAY, to get this 'bug' reversed, I am not going to dump any more time or money into this game. I'm sorry, but I am past having paitence for issues such as this now.

PLEASE help me submit a ticket

IF YOU NEED HELP, please do not use this form. Use one of these other options to receive timely assistance:

    * Customer Service: To speak to a Customer Service Representative (GM) from within the game, please click the "?" menu button, choose "New Ticket", select a category, describe your problem, and submit the ticket.
This does not exist, it did yesterday, but it does not today(I think it was yesterday)

The in-game support tickets are only available if you:
    A. are a VIP (paid subscription) user
    or
    B. Have purchased DDO Store points in the last 45 days.

Otherwise, you can only get self-help on the forums (like this).

But, in any case, I don't think a GM would do anything for you anyway. Sorry you didn't read the reincarnation messages more carefully. It does say what you took in your previous life, and any deviation from that counts as one of the level changes.

If you don't have an SSD, you should be using DDOPreload (fixes the slow first login issue)

Well thanks, guess thats the nudge I needed.

But really, WHERE was this warning? Each 'level' I took had the same options u see when you do the veteran thing(IE I was a melee, I was a spell caster, i was a specialist, etc) no 'you are choosing a different class than you took before' warnings. NONE. Had the red 'you have one class change available' message on each up to around lv 9-10 or so, then it was gone. I noticed at that point that it was forcing me to take a fighter level(which during my normal leveling I had not done till lv 19, and a rog level at 20, I remember this very clearly.

So please, fill me in, where was this warning?

Oh well. There will be other games.
