What do I have to do to capture the Elementals!!??

you need to hit all of the runes in the top of the room within a short time, ie before the 1st one turns off again.. almost impossible to do it solo, so you'll need to bring a hireling (possibly) or other party member.

What class are you playing in this quest? I assume you are soloing it? As the prior poster stated, it is challenging to turn them all off before they reset. Make sure you have ff on so you can jump from the middle track to the other runes. If you are playing a cleric/bard/wiz/sorc you can charm/suggest the elementals so they are not knocking you down and can fight off any you miss with a spell or symbol of persusasion etc. Once you have all six runes lit up then the named end boss will appear.
