On my monks I have all my elemental strikes in sequence 1-0 and F1-F12......when I have activated a finisher and it's ready to go I have that hotkeyed to my number pad 3 button. I also have my stances in number pad 5-8 to quickly change stances.

This is my dark monks setup

*chuckle* Very nice. But it cost more then I've spent on ddo total since the game went free to play.

Honestly, the best way to play as a monk is to be adaptive and versitile. A well played monk can bring ALOT to the table. There are so many variables in DDO that if you are not either of the above mentioned, you will fail at being a monk. I've ran into way to many monks that focus so much into one area that they can't function in other aspects of monk game play, most commonly the DPS race is the cause. When I look for a monk for epics, I expect him to be a monk...to land his finishers for the benefit of the party or to land his stuns in that crucial crunch. If I want superb DPS I honestly dont look for monks as there are many other classes that can fill that role to a better degree, not to say monks cant provide exceptional DPS. My idea is Monks are what they are, and if you take away from the great aspects that make you a Monk then why even roll one. Now that I have made and played one, monks are truely an amaizing class when played as a monk. In fact I might hang up my FvS.
