I would think there are better places to find makeup advice than the rogue forums.

Im looking for pure rouge where to search? In the rouge forum.
Anyway I think theres peoples that can help me to find the build.
Comon dont start with this I just need help to find the correct build before I spend money.
Learn to spell the class you wish to play, and people will take your request a lot more seriously.
The rogue forums are filled with builds.
Here's one for a Halfling Str-based build with good DPS. It took me less than 60 seconds to find, and another 60 seconds to confirm that most who have looked at the thread seem to agree that its not a bad build.
any pure rouge class will lead mud on your face.

Alright, I'll start you off with a base template (for a 32-point build):
Str: 12
Dex: 16
Con: 14
Int: 14
Wis: 8
Cha: 8
This will leave you with 8 extra points to spend wherever you want depending on your preferred play-style. Really, it will allow you to boost two more stats up an extra two points. Here are some examples with the suggested prestige classes you should take. Please take note that you should probably not start off with a mechanic repeater build. It's hard to manage those for people first starting off. Not to mention that they are often critized for having lower DPS than the other two prestige classes. The second set of stats after the 'OR' is a modified version of the template to more optimize the strengths and weaknesses of the prestige you're planning.
All these are based off halfling by the way which is the race I recommend using especially because their enhancements can help you with sneak attack, the main point of being a rogue.

-----Skills-----
Important skills you will want to keep in mind:
UMD: No matter what, keep this highest priority and keep it maxed. It may not seem useful at first, but later on you will be able to UMD cure serious/critical wands, heal scrolls, raise scrolls, etc.
Search: People are counting on you to find and disable traps. You can't find them if your search is low.
Disable Device: You may be able to find the trap, but can you disable it? Also important.
Now some of the ones that are of a lower priority:
Hide/Move silently: Even if you put ranks in these skills, do not spend ALL your time in sneak mode. It is preferred to run in after the main tank grabs all the aggro. That way you aren't slowed down by being stealthy and you will attack as fast as normal.
Spot/Listen: Often overlooked, but very useful. By investing in these skills, you will be able to see enemies a great deal away before they start coming towards you. And let's face it, nothing is more annoying than having an enemy (or two, or three, or more) appear right in front of you without warning.
Jump: Having a good jump is nice. Rather annoying when you can't scale objects that are knee-high.
Open Lock: Put some ranks here, but not all. I suggest about one rank every two levels at the most.
Diplomacy: Got aggro? Shove it onto somebody else with a click of a button.
