Lost rogue feats after lesser reincarnate

So far I received a non-response from in-game support (though they were nice enough to close the ticket without offering to help), and no response at all from technical assistance and account management, so I figured maybe a forum post would work (adding this thread to different forums until I get at least some kind of response):

I have a rogue that I lesser reincarnated with a Lesser Heart of Wood +1. My initial character class selection was rogue. On my first level up it said I could pick any class, and I picked rogue there too. The rest of the classes were selected automatically. When I was done levelling, I had the Search, Disable, and Open Lock feats on my toolbar, but clicking them didn't do anything, and hovering over them I wouldn't get a tooltip. So I looked at my list of feats, and I don't have Search, Disable, Open Lock, Bluff, or any of the other feats you get with your first rogue level. So right now (and for the past week) my rogue is completely unplayable as a rogue.

So I followed all of the instructions for lesser reincarnating, payed for the heart of wood, and now my character is unplayable. Apparently this is not a situation worthy of any attention, but who knows, maybe I'll get a response this time? (fingers crossed)

So I looked at my list of feats, and I don't have Search, Disable, Open Lock, Bluff, or any of the other feats you get with your first rogue level.

These aren't feats, but skills. You have to put points into them during the level up process for them to be usable. This is true for all classes.

Jillie, you're awesome. I neglected to check my Skills tab. Now I can't stop laughing at myself.
