Drow racial stat enhancements

This was touched upon in the elf improvement thread, but i thought i'd post it as a new thread.

All other races get stat enhancements for their favored racial stats (dwarf, wf-con, elf,halfling-dex, etc). Should drow get stat enhancements for their other favored stats, cha & int, in addition to dex? It could be like the human line, in that you only get two increases total, except you could choose to stack the same stat for a total of +2, or split it +1,+1.
