Preparing for Epic quests...

Hey, i'd like to do some epic questing since i got my 20lvl...
I only did VON1 epic - monsters were really tough....
What spells/gear would you recommend before starting Red Fens and ADQ on epic?

red fens quests are easy, can be soloed, the desert quests are the hardest on epic imo, as spells you should have iressistible dance, mass hold monster and web for cc with decent spell penetration and dc's 36+; buffing everyone with displacement also helps alot.
