24 min is my best PUG time. It requires about 4 people that know what they are doing and that can be relied upon to do things (preferably a WF caster that can be relied upon to solo the elemental plus one easy Lieutenant in SE). The rest can be total pileons.

Just want to comment I like the party had two bards, 95% of pugs take bards off the lfm once one is already in party.

Considering 12 deaths are automatic when you enter final part of shroud, yeah epic fail indeed.

My fastest pug so far has been 21 minutes. There was another one that would have been 19 minutes if we hadn't parked at the start for a few waiting for a toon switch, but that's unofficial. 23 minute runs with two or three guildies and the rest pugs are pretty common for us.

If you notice that all 12 slots are filled, a high amount of PUG completions.
Checking party chat shows that the altar was hit too early.
