Can someone else verify this please? When I was running around casting my SLA's and the Rakhir's set bonus went off, it didn't appear to affect my SLA's. My haste was still the same length and so was jump, etc. However, it did work when I actually casted the real spell from my spell book. Has anyone encountered this yet? I'm interested to see if the other SLA's are the same way, as I only have transmuting.

I don't have an archmage with the set yet, but I would send in a bug report ASAP.

By default, Spell-like effects granted through feats and enhancements use a Character Level for the effect's Caster Level. For whatever reason, effects that boost Caster Level can not enhance spells based off of Character Level (such as Positive Energy Aura and Radiant Servant's caster level bonus to positive energy spells). The SLA's do get affected by the bard song, but not the archmage bonus. I have tested both scenarios. I have filed a bug report already. I can't imagine an archmage bonus not affecting an archmage ability. I guess we'll see.
