I just wish that they would let player art be submitted for use as loading screens.
The problem is never how to get new, innovative thoughts into your mind, but how to get old ones out. Every mind is a building filled with archaic furniture. Clean out a corner of your mind and creativity will instantly fill it.

I like it - and it's a great looking load screen. But...
I just don't get a DDO-vibe from it.
Hard to sum up, and I've written/deleted this post a few times now. But to me, it just feels out of place with the other load screens we have or have had up till this point. If this is a move for a new art direction for the load screens, and we'll see more in this style, then great. I'd be happy. It does look great, and is in no way off-putting. I really would like to see a Marketplace load screen in this style - or some of the Houses. But for now, it looks like the Glamor Shots version of a DDO load screen and kinda out of place.

Sounds to me like we need a toggle setting...
A) Scenic granduer, or
B) Cheesy fantasy bossoms.
...
Maybe add one for the ladies...
C) muscle bound Fabio-esque heroes with overly phallic weapons.

the load screens are all saved on your hard drive nested in the parent directory somewhere - use any of them as wallpaper eh??
**\Program Files\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\raw\en\logo

One could do that, but you still have all the extra borders around it. I would like just the nice artwork itself. Maybe a smaller border to mark it as DDO if they want. Originally Posted by tzzn
