About to TR my Wf kensei THF Into a half orc barb . Dont get me wrong he is a dps machine. But i am wondering if going FB on a THF half orc is better than a THF kensei half orc?

No, it's not better. Stay fighter (or paladin to get the past life feat and go back to fighter).

It's not, go Fighter. You will have to twitch to make Fighter worth the choice though, if you cannot manage do not bother as you are wasting large amounts of DPS compared to what a Barb loses for standing still.
