    I paid for vip, but i haven't got it, and it've been more than 15 hours now.
    Can anyone help me fast?

    Did you sign up, then immediately cancel so as to only be charged one month without a recurring subscription? If so, I believe turbine sees this as an "oops I changed my mind" and cancels the whole deal.

    If not, check your credit card company/bank/whatever and see if the charge actually went through.
