Eternal Wands' Recharge Time

I noticed that different eternal wands, such as Greater Potency IV Wand of Blasting, and the Eternal Wand of Finger Fire, have different recharge times.
I'd like to suggest, at best, that eternal wands all recharge at the same rate.
Another suggestion would be to base their recharge time on the main stat of the caster, depending on their class, such as Charisma or Intellect. Since they're items, Charisma or Wisdom might even make more sense for all of them. Perhaps the time is reduced one second per modifier, or something like that.

I think the devs are tossing you a bone in that the wands recharge at all. Once all of a normal wands charges are gone the wand is useless.

That being said, I would not have an issue with them adjusting the reuse timers. I just disagree that all wands should recharge the same rate. Variety is a good thing.
