A 20 Pali can use Weapons of Good to turn it into a beater. I'd say it should sell for slightly more than a +5 Metalline of Pure Good would if a Pali is buying. It's about 1d6+2 better than a +5 Metalline of Pure Good to them.

1d8+5 +2 +2d6 For Metalline of Evil Outsider Bane.

OR

1d8+5 +1d6 +2d10 Crits for a Holy Sword. And Holy Swords sure are cheap. 270 Plat for 2 of them.
