Hi Singaporeans, i'm from malaysia or at least use to before my move to usa almost 3 years ago. Wish i can help in that regard, as i'm chained to Orien now several years ago. I played odd hours even now due to my work times so i might just roll a toon and just play around if you need any help

About guilds hor... Most people go for the one with all the buffs, dosent really matter if the guild is sg or not, can always create a sg user chat. Like I solo guild, only hit lev 40 recently, but i always go the top 5 guild ships for buffs, its a matter of lobang, your ink thick enough or not. as long as you song song gao jurong can already...
I notice you havent mention which server you bio lea, which one are you?
