Hello. For some reason I am not able to upgrade my account to VIP. I am a premium customer now. I dont think the problem is on my end. I have rechecked and submited my credit card info several times but keep getting "err: 30005". I figured I would try Paypal, but you do not accept Paypal for upgrading accounts.
My suggetion is, accept paypal as a payment method.
*Update* I have 3 $1.00 charges showing up on my online bank statement from Turbine, so I know it is getting to my bank.
*Update 2* I tryed using Paypal to buy some points in DDO store, and after completing process through Paypal, I got no points. I logged into my paypal account and the transaction is showing as being canceled. This leads me to believe there is a problem on Turbines end.

Thanks for the link. That explains the problem with Paypal, but not why there are $1.00 charges on my card and not the regular monthly fee. I guess I'll just have to contact em via phone call to get it worked out.
