Need help with issues

I can not use My DDO.
I have asked and not been able to get an answer.
The Devs keep posting, that they've made improvements and some issues have been resolved.
Not mine.

Here's my info. I had played DDO since 2006 with 2 accounts. I took a break from the game for about 6 months. I came back when it went F2P Beta and made a free account. Since I had had an active subscription before, it allowed me to create the F2P account on the one of the account log ins I had before. So I'd log in and either choose the F2P account or the subscription account then continue to log into a world.
I took another break and came back about 3 or 4 weeks ago and reactivated one of my accounts to VIP status.
When I did this, DDO also gave me yet another account that has 4 character slots.

So know when I use my log in, I have the choice of 3 accounts to choose from, then it logs me into the world.
I have my VIP account, I have my original F2P account, and I have a new F2P account that they gave me.
I'm thinking it may have something to do with not being able to tell that one of those accounts is a VIP account??

As you can see I have no issues going into the forums, yet when I try to access my characters on MyDDO, I get this :





I also can't log into the DDO player feed on facebook, and think it maybe tied to My DDO issues somehow.

I have logged into every character I have on every account. Nothing is showing.
Can anyone help me get MyDDO and the FB app working??

my ddo isnt working right now my characters havent updated in months and yours were proably archived and wont even show you have logged in, nothing can be done until the devs fix myddo

It seems I keep reading that the devs have fixed various issues with MyDDO and others have stated that thier's is now working again.
Could I missing some step to getting mine out of the archive?
