I want to make a new guild called of the Eberron Academy. this guild would enrich the lower levels in tatics spells and charatar format to make the best of charatars of the guild. all guild charatars will have a mentor but the level 20s will not. this will insure the the best of taining untill the charatar becomes level 15 and gets his masters deggre to train. To to be permoted you must gather on a guild meeting place and the master must step forth to be made a master. all masters will be officers. PLEASE RESPOND! give your fealings
