What's the name of the armor that looks kind of like a martial arts outfit, with white pants and a light blue top?
I thought it was an Icy Raiment but the image on DDO wiki is different to what I had in mind.

Probably the Dragontouched Vestments.

If by light blue you mean a light greenish/blue, it might be Dragontouched Vestements.

Sounds like the Dragontouched outfit. The Icy Raiments are all white/grey. But the DT outfit has a blue-ish (looks kinda teal to me) top.
