When an item has a vorpal strike (like charged gauntlets), does it have to count as a vorpal? Or just a confirmed natual twenty?
I guess just the text of some older things that had natural 20 fetures have differnt text so the wording has me a little confuzed.
I mainly ask because you cant "vorpal" inb epic, but you can roll and confirm a natural 20.
