Maybe this is widely known, but it's news to me. Was in EADQ-Octo and the 'Freets toasted one of us to about 20 HP. Thought I'd give it a shot and boom! Back to full on a WF Barb.

Just sayin', because you never know when you might use it.

Lay on Hands also works underwater.

But yeah, its neat that it works. Could also be used if you were, say, gimp in Tempest Spine and out of air.
