Been wondering that myself. Wasn't exactly a small update. At a quick glance though, all I noticed was that the cosmetic armor on my outfit looked like it had a bit more color around the arms.

Well, small being subjective, but I think it was about 50 some updated files? When it's just one or two things, it's usually less. Maybe it would be better to say it wasn't a tiny update.

The files updated were for client_highres.dat, client_surface.dat, client_cell_1.dat, and client_local_English. That means the updating was for graphical bits and probably to fix a couple typos.

Well, since the notes never got updated I am assuming that there were no appreciable updates with this build....
