Feedback - Cauldron of Sora Katra

In Update 8 we are introducing the Cauldron of Sora Katra which can be used to craft new items using ingredients found in the Droaam quests from Update 7 and Update 8.

If you can, join 404Error for a crafting faire on November 20th, where you will be able to receive all of the ingredients needed to use the Cauldron.

I think you could stand to increase the drop rates on the Marks a bit.

From anecdotal evidence, they seem to have an abysmally low incidence of popping in the ONE CHEST in the game that you can pull them out of. Granted, you (Turbine) don't want them dropping like Skittles on Halloween, but running the quest a dozen times before you see one pop with your name on it is fairly brutal for something that isn't a Shroud ingredient.

There's also quite a bit of preliminary feedback in that thread, including my own comments on that feedback and some of the plans in the works about how to improve the system.

So, am I understanding you correctly that this is a test of the crafting and that you can basically just pick up the various ingredients and give it a run?

Well, I would say its more like a promotion tour and to have the players get an idea what to expect
