Serene Defender (20 Monk)
Concept: Intimitank Monk. Proof of concept build, need help working out a viable gear layout.
Kudos to Solar Phoenix and other builds that I used as inspiration

This is needed for Hound Elite which is the only raid in which you would need such ideal conditions. It is quite easy to have slightly less than 80 due to second intimidate timer that half-elves receive. Having a 1, 2 or 3 point shortfall will only result in very very intermittent intimidate fails (0.25% for 1 point, 1% for 2 points, 2.4% for 3 points). This fact makes the really hard stuff (exceptional Cha, +7 item, +4 tome) optional. If all the hard stuff is acquired it may be possible to spec out of improved intimidate, bullheaded, skill focus: intimidate etc. (can pick up toughness, past life: monk etc.)
