I'm getting tired of footing your repair bills.

By and large I don't even get thanked for fixing you during a combat.

So, I'm not buying any more scrolls for you all...

And to those who do plan ahead and have the means of repairing themselves I say thanks for being considerate of those who run with you...

keep in mind though:


casters (divine & arcane) have the EASIEST time farming plat from stuffs.
my healer always carries a couple hundred reco scrolls.

that's just my two CP at the end, not telling you how to play.4

Yup. My WF sorc does not have even a scrap of healing amp. And, when I get around to TRing one of my wizzies into a WF wiz neither will he. You heal them, your choice to waste sp.

Personally I enjoy the challenge of healing whoever.

I honestly believe the first toon i ever took past level 6 was a cleric, who was dirt poor for the longest time. So, yeah I believe otherwise.

I honestly believe that my level 18 Necromancy focused Acid/Lightning Sorc can do Slayers in Orchards and ransack thirteen rares chests in one day of fairly desultory farming.

Furthermore, I beleive that my lvl 20 monk can not possibly do nearly as well.

Define "for the longest time". If you are running level 14+ quests and you are still dirt poor, you're doing something wrong.

If the WF has Healers Friend, I dont even think about it with my FVS, I throw heals at em like everyone else. If they do not have HF (easy enough to tell by the numbers compared to others being healed), they suddenly drop on the priority list, even if they are the main tank. There is not a single class out there that is so AP starved that it can not take HF 1, preferably 2 (i can understand not taking 3, as those six aps is a steep price). Its a teamwork game, dont make the healer have to blow 2 heals on you (ok, barbs it takes 2 anyway, but dont make it take 3!! o.o ), when one should work, and waste valuable mana just to save yourself a total of 6ap.

Just because a divne / arcane CAN farm up cash faster does not mean they should have to in order to keep you healthy.

Now if im playing my wizzy, I dont carry scrolls for obvious reasons. Same with sorc. On bard i carry some but not a ton (he is kinda poor).

Don't worry - in time, you'll have enough plat that the worst part of using up a stack of 100 scrolls is being able to throw them fast enough, followed by going to the vendor to replace them.

I can't for the life of me think of any loot worth farming at level 6. For me, farming for anything other than XP starts at level 9.

Agreed. 8-9ish for Arcanes, 12-13ish for Divine, usually around 12+ for most of my other classes.

First alt while youre learning the game, sure for a while. But casters (divine or arcane) can solo lots of high end content MUCH cheaper then a melee.

If you cant make money on your casters, you need to evaluate your play.
