TurbineLauncher.exe Freezes up

So I sent something to Technical Support about this but I am not sure how much help they will be

Basically I star D&D U. I hit the login in and then I get this screen

and my computer freezes up and I get this screen

and look using taskmanager to find that some program called TurbineLauncher.exe is "Not Responding"

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Note I have already tried:
1. Re-installing the game from scratch.
2. Making sure all .exe files under /My_Progams/Turbine are exceptions for the Fire Wall
3. Trying the program with all other back ground programs except Task Managers closed.

That looks like Windows 7. Have you tried running the Turbine Launcher under elevated, administrator priviledges?

If not, try Shift-right-clicking the launch icon, and select Run as Administrator. Supply credentials if charged for them. If that works, there's a way you can set your shortcut to always launch with elevated permissions.
